  • @ STU..... Last I checked, or was pulled over, I HAD to provide MY PAPERS!! PROOF of INS., REGISTRATION, DRIVERS LICENSE..... WTH??!! WHY should I, a born AMERICAN, have to provide ANYTHING?! But, a SUSPECTED ILLEGAL should NOT provide "papers?!"

  • @ Geegee..... NOT TRUE! I have roofers/construction folks as in-laws... They CAN NOT get jobs anymore, as the "companies" that use ILLEGALS, UNDERBID the jobs WITHOUT FAIL! (work for 1/2 the pay) The same holds true for the AMISH! They come in with their FREE labor and UNDER-BID everyone!

  • I hope that you are correct in saying that this is "insane" and folks will revolt...But, in reading the article, I had a sinking feeling in my gut, that this will be the way of it...Unless EVERYONE wakes up and protests against bills such as this! But, I am afraid that this is ONLY the beginning!

  • That might work...Except that the T/P's and most of the Rep. supporters have some of the LOWEST incomes in the nation.....Don't really think that 1-2% of the nation can stop EVERYTHING with a screeching halt!

  • Like I stated on another thread, all one has to do is look at OHIO! Boehner hasn't brought jobs or prosperity to Ohio! Ohio got to this place b/c of MANY years of Rep. rule! Now, b/c a Dem.

  • Being from OHIO....I can say that, if Boehner does to the US citizens, what he has done for OHIO citizens, I KNOW the next 2 years will make these past 2 look like a "cake walk!"

  • Spouse has been on SSDI since 1997. Did NOT receive a $250 "stimulus" check.  But, DEAD people and PRISONERS did?!!  WTH?!
